Most items purchased online are returnable for a refund within 14 days of purchase for a refund or within 30 days for a store credit.
Please include a copy of your receipt with the return with a note including your contact information. If you are returning a product via USPS please email or call us so we can go to the post office to get it.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Items must be returned in brand new condition. There should be no signs of use, horsehair or odors. All tags must be on to qualify for a return.

- Used Saddles once purchased
- Bits that have been in the horse's mouth
- Items sold at a discount of over 20%
- Special and custom Items
- Monogrammed or engraved items
If you believe your product is defective please contact us by phone or email immediately. We want you to be happy with your purchases from The Horse Connection. While most horse items such as blankets and tack are not warranted against rips or breakage, we sell products we believe in, and expect that they will perform well under normal use. We will contact the manufacturer and try and work out a resolution. Often the manufacturer will want to see the product in question before deciding on the best resolution.
HELMET ACCIDENT REPLACEMENTS:
All helmets are designed for a one time impact only!
Please contact us if you have fallen and hit your head and we will help you in the replacement process.
*** IMPORTANT NOTE ***
Items that were shipped free of charge will be refunded LESS the cost of shipping. Please be sure to package your return with proper packaging. For example, if you are returning a pair of boots be sure to put them in another box, do not affix shipping label to actual product box or no refund will be issued. Damage occurring during return shipping will result in no refund being issued. Shipping charges are non refundable.
